Thank you everybody all around the world, at home and abroad, for being the best part of our show.
For being the music and for keeping your and our heads full of dreams.
This was our first chapter.
From now on we’ll only be full of surprises.
We love you.
We’re grateful for all of you, with all of our hearts.
We exist for and because of you.
Goodnight, good afternoon, good morning wherever you are in the world.
God bless you all.
Be kind to each other.
We’re in this together.
We’re one big band.
Everything is possible, if you never give up.
And if you Believe in Love.
Though behind backstage, crew group hugged as colorful flowers rained down. It’s very clear that members of the touring family would miss themselves after the awesome experience.
According to Live Nation, the tour in Buenos Aires which completed a haul of $523 million in ticket, generated more than $500 million making it the third highest-grossing in history. The band’s promoters made this public on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Billboard Boxscore has it that the gross at the end of October was right at $500 million ($499,077,863 to be exact) through 109 shows. That’s more than former No. 3 Roger Waters’ The Wall Live, which grossed $459 million between 2010 and 2013.
